Alison is smart, experienced. honest, responsive, a great negotiator, hard working and all around a terrific person to work with. She generated trust, which is not something I anticipated in a realtor. Her ability to get a property in shape to sell, to work with the seller to make sure every expense is warranted and helpful, is terrific. If there was anything that needed doing, she looked for the best way to accomplish that and had good suggestions about getting the property in the best shape to sell. She has the interests of her client at heart and checks in on every step as the process proceeds. I cannot imagine having a better experience.

Allison, aside from being a real estate agent is a a genuine and friendly individual who helped me be a first time homebuyer.
