In my lifetime I’ve worked with 9 agents as both buyer and seller. Alison was the best. I was a buyer in our transaction, and I’m guessing to get to my final purchase we saw over 40 homes. She was present at all of them. She knowledgeable of the property, spoken with the seller agent, and had all the facts she knew I would be interested in. Absolute professional. Buying can make one anxious emotional crazy but Alison was always understanding. Never pressured to buy. Always saying “this has to be good for you. We will keep looking". Transaction was seamless. She was quick with responses and documents. Great at negotiations. She built a great rapport with the seller agent and the sellers. She also made herself present when I could not be. The best. Finally I can’t anymore but that I would highly recommend her. She’s a champ.
Alison is smart, experienced. honest, responsive, a great negotiator, hard working and all around a terrific person to work with. She generated trust, which is not something I anticipated in a realtor. Her ability to get a property in shape to sell, to work with the seller to make sure every expense is warranted and helpful, is terrific. If there was anything that needed doing, she looked for the best way to accomplish that and had good suggestions about getting the property in the best shape to sell. She has the interests of her client at heart and checks in on every step as the process proceeds. I cannot imagine having a better experience.
Allison, aside from being a real estate agent is a a genuine and friendly individual who helped me be a first time homebuyer.
